Bajaj Electricals FY-25 Financial Results: Revenue up 4%, PAT slips 2%

Bajaj Electricals Limited [NSE: BAJAJELEC, BOM: 500031], an Indian electrical equipment manufacturing company, has announced its financial results for Q4 of FY-25 and the entire financial year 2024-25.

Bajaj Electricals recorded a standalone revenue of Rs. 1,265.47 crore from operations during Q4 of FY-25 and Rs. 4,828.43 crore for entire financial year 2024-25.

The company’s Profit After Tax (PAT) was Rs. 59.05 crore for Q4 of FY-25 and Rs. 133.42 crore for FY-25.

On a Year-over-Year (YoY) basis, Bajaj Electricals’ consolidated revenue increased by 6.51% to Rs. 1,265.47 crore during Q4 of FY-25 from Rs. 1,188.08 crore in Q4 of FY-24. The company’s Q4 PAT jumped 2.01 times to Rs. 59.05 crore in FY-25 from Rs. 29.31 crore during Q4 FY-24.

For the entire FY-25, Bajaj Electricals’ revenue was Rs. 4,828.43 crore, reflecting an increase of 4.03% from Rs. 4,641.27 crore recorded during FY-24. The company’s PAT slipped by 1.81% to Rs. 133.42 crore during FY-25 against Rs. 135.88 crore profit logged in FY-24.

The company’s EPS stood at Rs. 5.11 during Q4 of FY-25 and Rs. 11.57 during full 2024-25 fiscal.

Bajaj Electricals’ revenue from operations saw a minor decrease of 1.88% from Rs. 1,289.72 crore reported in Q3 of FY-25. Further, the company’s Q4 PAT jumped by 77% from Rs. 33.36 crore during third quarter of FY-25.

Consumer Products: Bajaj Electricals reported a revenue of Rs. 994.01 crore from its Consumer Products segment for Q4 of FY-25. This reflects a YoY increase of 8.39% from the company’s Rs. 917.08 crore revenue clocked during Q4 of FY-24.

For the entire FY-25, the company recorded Rs. 3,805.89 crore as revenue from this segment, showing an increase of 5.60% from Rs. 3,603.90 crore during FY-24.

During FY-25 the company launched various new consumer products including Bajaj shield séries Glanza 42 Digi personal cooler, airlark fans, voittaa BLDC fans and Stylist care hot air brush.

Lighting Solutions: The company earned Rs. 271.46 crore as revenue during Q4 of FY-25 from its Lighting Solutions segment against Rs. 271 crore clocked during Q4 of FY-24. This represents a minor increase of 0.17% on a YoY basis.

Bajaj Electricals’ revenue from its Lighting Solutions’ business was Rs. 1,022.54 crore during FY-25, reflecting a decrease of 1.43% from its Rs. 1,037.37 crore revenue during FY-24.

Bajaj Electricals’ new product launches include Ivora & Celesta LED lights and Velaris oval & square wall light series.

Bajaj Electricals’ CapEx for Expanding its Products Manufacturing Capacity

During the company’s earnings call for FY-26 financials, Mr. E.C Prasad, Chief Financial Officer of Bajaj Electricals, mentioned that the company will invest about Rs. 400 crore to Rs. 450 crore during FY-26. This CapEx amount will be invested towards expanding manufacturing capacity across ‘all product lines’ of the company. However, more details about the company’s CapEx plans were not provided during the call.
