TARIL Secures USD 16.26 Million Export Order for Transformers

Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited (TARIL) has secured an export order worth USD 16.26 million (approximately Rs. 150 crore) for the supply of transformers. The company shared this information in its stock exchange filing dated 27th April 2026.

Scope of the order includes manufacturing and export of five transformers to US-based PDC AK LPIV, LLC. In addition to supplying the equipment, TARIL will also undertake all related execution work associated with the order.

The company stated that delivery of the transformers is scheduled to be completed by mid-2027.

TARIL recently reported its financial performance for FY26, posting revenue of Rs. 2,508.8 crore and a Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs. 272.17 crore.
