TARIL’s FY26 Financial Performance: Revenue up 24%, PAT Jumps 25%

TARIL’s Standalone Financials: Q4 FY26 & FY26
During Q4 of FY26, TARIL clocked a standalone revenue of Rs. 752.33 crore, and a corresponding Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs. 77.47 crore.
For the entire FY26, the company’s topline stood at Rs. 2,395.49 crore. Further, TARIL’s PAT for the 2025-26 fiscal was reported as Rs. 225.43 crore.

During Q4 of FY26, TARIL reported a revenue of Rs. 782.67 crore, representing a Year-over-Year (YoY) increase of 15.70% from the company’s Q4 FY25 revenue of Rs. 676.48 crore. The company reported quarterly Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs. 91.39 crore during Q4 of FY26 against Rs. 94.19 crore PAT for the corresponding quarter in FY25. Therefore, Transformers & Rectifiers Q4 FY26 PAT decreased slightly by 2.97% from its Q4 FY25 PAT.
For the entire financial year, the company’s revenue from operations jumped by 24.24% YoY to Rs. 2,508.80 crore in FY26 from Rs. 2,019.39 during FY25. PAT of the company during FY26 jumped to Rs. 272.17 crore which is up by 25.80% from the company’s FY25 profit of Rs. 216.43 crore.
Earnings Per Share (EPS) of the company during Q4 of FY26 stood at Rs. 3.04, and at Rs. 9.07 for the entire FY26.


QoQ Analysis of TARIL’s Financials: Q4 FY26 vs. Q3 FY26
On Quarter-over-Quarter (QoQ) basis, the company’s revenue grew by 6.23% from Rs. 736.76 crore reported for Q3 of FY26. Q4 PAT of the company increased by 20.30% from TARIL’s Rs. 75.97 crore profit from Q3 FY26.

Further, Transformers & Rectifiers (India) reported order inflow of Rs. 2,374 crore for the entire FY26, including Rs. 244 crore order inflow for Q4 of FY26. Also, the company’s unexecuted order book stood at around Rs. 5,005 crore as of March 31, 2026.
