Aditya Infotech Signs JV Agreement with Orient Cables for Manufacturing Cable Products

Aditya Infotech Limited has signed a 50-50 joint venture agreement with Orient Cables Limited to manufacture various cable products.

Aditya Infotech offers an extensive range of CCTV and security products. The company operates the CP Plus brand, and its product portfolio includes network cameras, analog HD cameras, digital video recorders, and other related products. Meanwhile, Orient Cables manufactures a broad range of specialized cables, including datacom, CCTV, coaxial, optical fiber, control, power, and instrumentation cables.

Through this joint venture, both companies will be manufacturing a variety of electrical cables. This production line will specifically include LAN cables, CCTV cables, terminated assemblies, electrical connectors, and other allied products. The rationale behind this development doe Aditya Infotech is to enable backward integration by establishing dedicated manufacturing facilities for electrical cables and related products. This partnership will ensure a reliable and continuous supply chain for Aditya Infotech.

Additionally, the manufactured products will also be supplied to Orient Cables for further sale to specific customers.
