Sterlite Technologies FY26 Results: Revenue Grows 18%, PAT at Rs. 56 Cr.

Sterlite Technologies Limited (STL), [BSE: 532374, NSE: STLTECH], a major Indian Optical Fibre Cable (OFC) manufacturer, has announced its financial results for Q4 of FY26 and the financial year ended 31st March 2026.
Sterlite Technologies’ Standalone Financials: Q4 FY26 & FY26
During Q4 of FY26, Sterlite Technologies clocked a standalone revenue of Rs. 752 crore. The company reported a profit of Rs. 33 crore during Q4 of FY26.
For the entire FY26, Sterlite’s standalone topline was Rs. 2,446 crore. The company’s standalone profit stood at just Rs. 2 crore for the entire fiscal.

During Q4 of FY26, Sterlite Technologies reported a revenue of Rs. 1,441 crore, representing a Year-over-Year (YoY) increase of 36.98% from the company’s Q4 FY25 revenue of Rs. 1,052 crore. The company reported quarterly Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs. 59 crore during Q4 of FY26 against Rs. 40 crore loss for the corresponding quarter in FY25.
For the entire financial year, the company’s revenue from operations jumped by 18.74% YoY to Rs. 4,745 crore in FY26 from Rs. 3,996 crore during FY25. PAT of the company during FY26 was Rs. 56 crore against the company’s FY25 loss of Rs. 123 crore.
Earnings Per Share (EPS) of the company during Q4 of FY26 stood at Rs. 1.21, and at Rs. 1.15 for the entire FY26.

On Quarter-over-Quarter (QoQ) basis, the company’s revenue grew by 14.64% from Rs. 1,257 crore reported for Q3 of FY26. The company reported a loss of Rs. 17 crore for third quarter of FY26.
Segment-Wise FY26 Revenue Comparison of Sterlite Technologies

Optical Networking Business: The company earned Rs. 1,378 crore as revenue during Q4 of FY26 from its Optical Networking Business against Rs. 979 crore clocked during Q4 of FY25. This represents a YoY increase of 40.76% in the company’s quarterly segmental revenue.
Sterlite Technologies’ revenue from its Optical Networking Business was Rs. 4,486 crore during FY26, reflecting an YoY increase of 19.91% from its Rs. 3,741 crore revenue from this vertical during FY25.

Digital and Technology Solutions: During Q4 of FY26, Sterlite Technologies reported a revenue of Rs. 69 crore from its Digital and Technology Solutions segment. This marks a YoY decrease of 11.54% from the company’s Rs. 78 crore revenue from this segment during Q4 of FY25.
For the entire FY26, the company recorded Rs. 284 crore as revenue from its Digital and Technology Solutions segment, showing a decrease of 2.07% from Rs. 290 crore during FY25.
Sterlite Technologies Highlights Strong FY26 Performance, Sets Priorities for FY27
Commenting on the company’s FY26 financial performance, Mr. Ankit Agarwal, Managing Director of Sterlite Technologies, said, “FY26 was a transformative year for us. Our record order intake reflects our ability to co-create with customers and deliver advanced, high-capacity optical connectivity solutions for global hyperscalers and telecom providers”. The company’s order intake for FY26 stood at Rs. 7,687 crore.
According to the company’s FY26 investor presentation, Sterlite Tech.’s order intake was supported by large-scale data centre projects, primarily in North America. The company also secured a long-term order from a Tier-1 Indian telecom operator, along with a healthy mix of order inflows across customer segments, product categories, and geographies.
Looking ahead to FY27, Sterlite Technologies outlined its ‘strategic priorities’ in the investor presentation. These include expanding its Optical Fibre Cable (OFC) market share and optical connectivity attach rate, scaling the ‘Enterprise & Data Centre’ segment’s revenue contribution, strengthening technology leadership in next-generation optical platforms, and enhancing focus on cost efficiency.
