HFCL Posts Healthy FY26 Financials: Revenue Jumps 21%, PAT Grows 90% YoY

Himachal Futuristic Communications Ltd. (HFCL) [NSE: HFCL, BOM: 500183], an Indian manufacturing company of Optical Fibre Cables (OFCs), has posted its financial results for the last quarter of FY26 and for the entire FY26.
Standalone Financial Results of HFCL: Q4 FY26 & FY26
HFCL standalone revenue from operations stood at Rs. 1,511.24 crore during Q4 of FY26. Correspondingly, the company’s Profit After Tax (PAT) for Q4 of FY26 was reported as Rs. 177.58 crore.
During the entire FY26, the company logged a standalone revenue of Rs. 4,527.54 crore and a PAT of Rs. 252.87 crore.

HFCL’s Q4 FY26 revenue from operations was Rs. 1,824.12 crore, which is 2.28 times the company’s Q4 FY25 revenue of Rs. 800.72 crore. HFCL’s Q4 PAT stood at Rs. 184.45 crore against loss of Rs. 83.30 crore during Q4 FY25.
Taking into account the entire fiscal, HFCL’s FY26 topline was Rs. 4,949.27, which is up by 21.77% from FY25 revenue of Rs. 4,064.52 crore. The company’s FY26 PAT resonated this upward trend, increasing by 90.14% to Rs. 329.44 crore from Rs. 173.26 crore in FY25.
HFCL’s Earnings Per Share (EPS) were Rs. 1.21 during Q4 FY26 and Rs. 2.13 for the entire FY26.


QoQ Comparison of HFCL’s Financials: Q4 FY26 vs. Q3 FY26
HFCL’s Q4 FY26 revenue exhibited an increase by 50.66% from its Q3 FY26 topline of Rs. 1,210.79 crore. PAT of the company grew by 80.18% on a Quarter-over-Quarter (QoQ) basis. During Q3 of FY26 the company’s PAT stood at Rs. 102.37 crore.
Segment-Wise Revenue Comparison: Q4 FY26 vs. Q4 FY25 & FY26 vs. FY25

Telecom Products: HFCL’s Q4 FY26 revenue from its Telecom Products business segment stood at Rs. 1,206.22 crore. This represents a YoY 2.05 times growth from its Rs. 588.88 crore revenue, which was clocked during Q4 of FY25.
Considering the entire year, this segment brought in Rs. 2,931.01 crore revenue during FY26, as compared to Rs. 2,390.19 crore revenue during FY25. This shows that revenue from this business grew by 22.63% YoY.
Defence Products and Services: During Q4 of FY26, the company reported Rs. 12.42 crore as its revenue from this segment. This is 4.99% higher YoY than the company’s Defence Product and Services revenue of Rs. 11.83 crore during Q4 of FY25.
For the entire financial year 2025-26, HFCL’s revenue from this segment was Rs. 76.70 crore, reflecting an increase of 63.61%. In FY25, the company’s revenue from this segment stood at Rs. 46.88 crore.
Turnkey Contracts and Services: HFCL’s revenue from this segment stood at Rs. 587.14 crore in Q4 of FY26, which is 3.10 times higher YoY than the Rs. 189.49 crore revenue during Q4 of FY25.
Over the full FY26, revenue from this segment exhibited a growth of 17.97% to Rs. 1,875.01 crore against Rs. 1,589.46 crore logged for financial year 2024-25.

Mentioning his views on HFCL’s FY26 financial results, Mr. Mahendra Nahata, Managing Director of HFCL, said “This quarter and financial year mark a defining milestone for HFCL, as we delivered a neverbefore quarterly as well as annual performance, reflecting the strength of our strategy, improved business mix, and consistent execution across our core segments“. He further mentioned that this growth is driven by ‘strong demand’ across optical fibre cable, telecom, defence, EPC and exports.
While commenting on the geopolitical situation, Mr. Nahata, said “I would also like to highlight that HFCL has remained largely insulated from the current disruptions due to geopolitical situations. Our supply chain has continued to operate seamlessly without any material impact on production or dispatches“.
