Havells India Appoints Yudhishter Shringi as Executive VP

Havells India Limited has appointed Mr. Yudhishter Shringi as Executive Vice President and SBU Head. The company shared this information in its stock exchange filing dated 12th October 2026.

Mr Shringi has over 23 years of experience in business operations, including sales, Profit and Loss (P&L) management, marketing and consumer businesses. He began his career at Pidilite Industries Limited as a Management Trainee in 2003 and was promoted to Area Sales Manager in 2004.

He later joined Amsterdam-based food and beverage company Perfetti Van Melle, where he worked for over two years. After short stints at Quest Diagnostics and SC Johnson, he joined Britannia Industries Limited, where he spent over 14 years in various roles. These included National Sales Manager (Bread), Vice President (Bread, Cake and Rusk), and Chief Business Officer (Bread, Cake and Rusk).

Before joining Havells India, Mr Shringi served as Chief Growth Officer at Compass Group India.

He completed his BA in Economics from Hindu College, University of Delhi, in 2001. He later pursued an MBA from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, completing it in 2003.
