Aksh Optifibre Returns to Profit in Q4 FY26, But Annual Losses Persist

Aksh Optifibre Limited, an Indian manufacturer of Optical Fibre Cables (OFC), reported a turnaround in its financial performance during the fourth quarter of FY26, returning to profitability after an extended period of losses.

The company had been reporting quarterly net losses since the fourth quarter of FY23. Breaking the losing streak, Aksh Optifibre posted a net profit of Rs. 2.24 crore in Q4 FY26, marking a turnaround in its quarterly financial performance.

However, despite the positive turnaround in the final quarter, the company’s full-year performance indicates that operational challenges remain. Aksh Optifibre reported a net loss of Rs. 13 crore for FY26, as substantial losses incurred during the first three quarters outweighed the Q4 recovery. Notably, the last time Aksh Optifibre reported a profit for an entire financial year was in FY19.
