Bajaj Electricals Appoints Ms. Ashween Anand as CFO

Bajaj Electricals has announced the appointment of Ms. Ashween Anand as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The company shared this news in its stock exchange filing dated 15th May 2026.

Ms. Anand is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Master’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai. She brings extensive professional experience, having worked with leading organizations such as Ernst & Young, Deloitte, Mondelēz International, and Colgate-Palmolive.

Before joining Bajaj Electricals, she served as the CFO of Starbucks India. She also spent more than six years at Mondelēz International, where she held various leadership roles.

According to Bajaj Electricals’ filing, Ms. Anand, in her new role, will be responsible for driving profitable growth and shaping the financial strategy of the business. She will also work closely with the board to build scalable, future-ready capabilities while strengthening operating models, cost structures, and capital efficiency across the organization.
