During Q4 of FY26, Bajaj Electricals clocked a standalone revenue of Rs. 1,239.52 crore from operations, and the company reported a loss of Rs. 64.32 crore.
As for the entire 2025-26 fiscal, the company reported a standalone topline of Rs. 4,462.16 crore and a loss of Rs. 77.26 crore.

Bajaj Electricals logged a revenue of Rs. 1,239.52 crore during Q4 of FY26, which represents 2.05% Year-over-Year (YoY) decrease from its Q4 FY25 revenue of Rs. 1,265.47 crore. During Q4 FY26, the company reported a loss of Rs. 67.53 crore against Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs. 59.05 crore during Q4 FY25.
For the entire FY26, Bajaj’s revenue from operations stood at a staggering Rs. 4,462.16 crore, 7.59% lower than its FY25 revenue of Rs. 4,828.43 crore. The company reported a loss of Rs. 90.86 crore during FY26 against profit of Rs. 133.42 crore in FY25.


Earning Per Share (EPS) of the company was reported as Rs. -5.85 (loss) for Q4 of FY26, and Rs. -7.88 (loss) for the entire FY26.

Bajaj Electricals revenue was up by 17.95% on a Quarter-over-Quarter (QoQ) basis, from Rs. 1,050.91 crore clocked during Q3 of FY26. The company’s loss grew steeply by 98.04% QoQ from Rs. 34.10 crore which was reported during Q3 of FY26.

Consumer Products: Bajaj Electricals’ Q4 FY26 revenue from its Consumer Products business segment stood at Rs. 925.81 crore. This represents a YoY 6.86% decrease from its Rs. 994.01 crore revenue, which was clocked during Q4 of FY25.
Considering the entire year, this segment brought in Rs. 3,805.89 crore revenue during FY26, as compared to Rs. 3,342.65 crore revenue during FY25. Thus, annual revenue from this vertical grew by 13.86%.
Lighting Solutions: Bajaj Electricals’ quarterly revenue from this segment grew by 15.56% to Rs. 313.71 crore in Q4 of FY26 from Rs. 271.46 crore during Q4 of FY25.
As for the entire fiscal, Bajaj Electricals earned a revenue of Rs. 1,119.51 crore from its Lighting Solutions business vertical during FY26 against Rs. 1,022.54 crore in FY25. This represents a remarkable decrease of 8.66%.
