New Appointments at Waaree Energies: CEO and CFO Announced

Waaree Energies Limited has announced key appointments, naming Mr. Jignesh Rathod as its new Whole-Time Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Mr. Abhishek Pareek as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

The newly appointed CEO, Mr. Jignesh Rathod, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Gujarat University. In 2019, he further pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) for working executives from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). Mr. Rathod has been associated with Waaree Energies since 2007 and currently oversees the company’s factory operations. He has been appointed as CEO for a tenure of five years.

Mr. Abhishek Pareek has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of Waaree Energies. He is a Chartered Accountant and a B.Com graduate from the University of Delhi. Additionally, he holds a PhD in Finance. Mr. Pareek joined Waaree Energies as Finance Controller in September 2017 and has since held several key positions within the organization. In April 2020, he was promoted to CFO for the company’s manufacturing vertical. Prior to his current appointment, he served as Group Head – Finance at Waaree Energie.
