Bhavna Verma Appointed as Schneider Electric’s New VP (Strategy and M&A)

Schneider Electric Infrastructure Limited recently appointed Ms. Bhavna Verma as Vice President (Strategy and M&A) of the Greater India Zone.

Ms. Verma completed Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from Netaji Subhash Institute of Technology in 2005 and subsequently pursued Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing and Finance from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi (2006-2008).

Ms. Verma has a distinguished portfolio working for multiple companies at different capacities. Ms. Verma began her career as a Software Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services (August 2005-May 2006). Following this, she served as Management Consultant at Ernst & Young (EY) from July 2008 to July 2010. Thereafter, she joined Escorts Limited as Business Planning Manager, and worked there for a period of over 3 years till November, 2014. Subsequently, she went on to join Honeywell in 2014 as Strategic Marketing Manager, and got promoted to the position of Strategic Marketing Leader- Asia Pacific in November 2016. Her last role at Honeywell was as Strategy & Marketing Head, Honeywell Building Solutions (India) which she held from May 2017 to August 2017.

Ms. Verma started at Schneider Electric in September 2017, as Strategy & Alliance AGM. In 2019, she was appointed as Schneider’s Strategy & Alliance Head (India), and later moved to the role of Strategy & Sales Excellence Head (India) in March 2020. Ms. Verma’s last role at Schneider Electric was Exports Director – M&A Integration Office, which lasted from October 2021 to August 2023. After this Ms. Verma started her stint at Cargill Food Solutions in September 2023 as Strategy & BD Head. She then became Sr. Director for Strategy, Category & Product Management at Cargill in December 2024 and held this post till September 2025.

Ms. Verma then returned to Schneider Electric in September 2025 as Vice President, suceeding Ms. Damini Chaudhari, who then moved to the role of Schneider Electric’s VP (Services), Greater India.
