STL Networks to Incorporate Subsidiary for Data Center Business

STL Networks Limited, a digital infrastructure company, has approved incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary, namely, STL Networks DC Limited, for its data center business. This subsidiary will be incorporated with a capital of Rs. 1,00,000, consisting of 50,000 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 2 per share.

STL Networks DC Limited will support the company’s data center expansion plans. The subsidiary will acquire, own, operate, manage and market data centre & telecommunication infrastructure. The subsidiary will also provide data center and connectivity solutions, along with associated services, and obtain and maintain all requisite licences and approvals from the Department of Telecommunications and other relevant authorities.

Speaking on this recent incorporation, Mr. Chandrasekhara Rao Battula, Interim CEO, STL Networks Limited, said, “We have built a strong foundation in digital infrastructure. This is the next step in extending that capability into connectivity, where we see a meaningful opportunity to support data-center operators, hyperscalers and enterprises as their requirements grow.”
