On Year-over-Year (YoY) basis, the company’s revenue was down by 30.91% to Rs. 716.56 crore during Q3 FY26 from Rs. 1,037.12 crore revenue during Q3 of previous financial year. In addition to the decrease in revenue, during Q3 FY26, Vindhya Telelinks reported a loss of Rs. 1.04 crore against Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs. 39.09 crore during Q3 FY25.

Consequently, the company reported a loss per share of Rs. 0.88 during third quarter of FY26 against Earning Per Share (EPS) of Rs. 32.99 during Q3 FY25.

Cables: This segment of the company brought a revenue of Rs. 198.45 crore in Q3 FY26 and Rs. 209.75 crore in Q3 FY25, representing a YoY decrease of 5.39%.
Vindhya Telelinks mentioned in its press release dated 6th February 2026, that the company is in the process of augmenting E-Beam cross-linked Solar PV cables manufacturing capacity. In February last year, Vindhya announced an investment of Rs. 55.10 crore for expanding solar cable manufacturing capacity. The company is expanding this capacity at its plant in Rewa, Madhya Pradesh.
Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC): Vindhya Telelinks recorded a segmental revenue of Rs. 521.75 crore in third quarter of FY26, which is down by 38.68% YoY from Rs. 850.88 crore revenue during Q3 FY25.
This segment is the largest contributor to Vindhya Telelinks’ gross revenue*. During Q3 FY26, EPC segment accounted for 72.81% of the company’s gross revenue.
