Tata Power Renewable Signs PPAs with MSEDCL for Solar Projects

Tata Power Renewable Energy Ltd. (TPREL) has signed two Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd. (MSEDCL) for developing solar power projects of 200 MW and 150 MW capacity. These projects will be developed in Maharashtra. This information was shared by Tata Power in its press release dated 2nd August 2023.

These 200 MW and 150 MW projects will generate approximately 536 and 389 million units of power per year respectively, reducing approximately 4,28,800 tons and 3,11,200 tons of Carbon Dioxide annually. TPREL’s projects are expected to be completed by the middle of 2025.
