ReNew Power To set up Manufacturing Unit in Dholera, Gujarat

ReNew Power, an Indian renewable energy company, headquartered at Gurugram, Haryana, has finalized Dholera, Gujarat for setting up its manufacturing unit. ReNew Power will manufacture both solar cells and PV modules at the Dholera plant.

The initial investment planned for the plant is Rs 1,200 crore and further shall rise to Rs 2,000 crore as the facility will ramp up its scale.

ReNew Power’s total capacity in India is 9,900 MW, out of which 5,400 MW is operational and a further 4,500 MW is under construction as of March 2021.
