NHAI Invites Bids for NH-752D Four-Laning Project in Madhya Pradesh
National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has invited bids for the construction and four-laning of the Badnawar–Petlawad–Thandla–Timarwani section of National Highway 752D (NH-752D) in Madhya Pradesh. This corridor will connect to the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway (NE-4) at the Timarwani interchange. The deadline for bid submission is 27th October 2025.
As specified in NHAI’s tender, the development of this project is estimated to cost Rs. 838.75 crore.
Covering a stretch of 36.45 km, the contract spans from village Temaria (chainage 114.400) to the Timarwani interchange on the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway (NE-4) at chainage 150.850. This project will be developed under the Hybrid Annuity Mode* (HAM).
This Badnawar–Petlawad–Thandla–Timarwani section will serve as an important access point to the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway (NE-4), offering a more direct and faster route to these major metropolitan areas. This will link important cities such as Ujjain, Indore, and surrounding districts to the main expressway.
*Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) refers to a mode of Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) wherein the government and the private player share the project expenses in a 40:60 ratio, respectively. After the private player develops the project, it is handed over to the government. The government pays a fixed annuity to the private player for a certain amount of time as defined in the contract.
