Finolex Industries FY-25 financials: Revenue Down 4%, PAT Jumps 69% YoY

Finolex Industries Limited [NSE: FINPIPE, BOM: 500940], an Indian manufacturer of PVC pipes, fittings and conduits, has announced its financial results for the quarter and the year ended 31st March 2025.
Finolex Industries’ Standalone Financials: Q4 FY25 & FY25
During Q4 of FY25, Finolex Industries clocked a standalone revenue of Rs. 1,171.81 crore, and a corresponding Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs. 150.26 crore.
For the entire FY25, the company’s topline stood at Rs. 4,141.97 crore. Further, Finolex Industries’ PAT for the 2024-25 fiscal was reported as Rs. 777.86 crore.

During Q4 of FY25, Finolex Industries reported a revenue of Rs. 1,171.81 crore, representing a Year-over-Year (YoY) decrease of 5.15% from the company’s Q4 FY24 revenue of Rs. 1,235.42 crore. The company reported quarterly Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs. 164.58 crore during Q4 of FY25 against Rs. 164.90 crore PAT for the corresponding quarter in FY24. Therefore, Finolex Industries Q4 FY25 PAT decreased slightly by 0.19% from its Q4 FY24 PAT.
For the entire financial year, the company’s revenue from operations slipped by 4.06% YoY to Rs. 4,141.97 crore in FY25 from Rs. 4,317.43 during FY24. PAT of the company during FY25 jumped to Rs. 800.03 crore which is up by 68.93% from the company’s FY24 profit of Rs. 473.59 crore.
Earnings Per Share (EPS) of the company during Q4 of FY25 stood at Rs. 2.66, and at Rs. 12.94 for the entire FY25.
Finolex Industries attributed this decline in Q4 FY-25 and the annual revenue to volatility in PVC prices.


QoQ Analysis of Finolex Industries Financials: Q4 FY25 vs. Q3 FY25
On Quarter-over-Quarter (QoQ) basis, the company’s revenue grew by 17.04% from Rs. 1,001.24 crore reported for Q3 of FY25. Profit After Tax of the company resonated the same upward trend, increasing by 75.05% from Finolex Industries’ Rs. 94.02 crore profit, which was logged during the third quarter of FY25.
Segment-Wise FY25 Revenue Comparison of Finolex Industries

PVC Resin: The company earned Rs. 390 crore as revenue during Q4 of FY25 from its PVC Resin segment against Rs. 507.48 crore clocked during Q4 of FY24. This represents a YoY decrease of 23.15% in the company’s quarterly segmental revenue.
Finolex Industries’ revenue from its PVC Resin business was Rs. 1,660.01 crore during FY25, reflecting an YoY increase of 11.72% from its Rs. 1,485.81 crore revenue from this vertical during FY24.
Finolex Industries’ volume of sales from this segment jumped by 13% to 2,22,708 Metric Tonnes (MT) in FY-25 from 1,96,542 MT during FY-24.

PVC Pipes and Fittings: During Q4 of FY25, Finolex Industries reported a revenue of Rs. 1,168.40 crore from its PVC Pipes and Fittings segment. This marks a YoY decrease of 1.17% from the company’s Rs. 1,182.18 crore revenue from this segment during Q4 of FY24.
For the entire FY25, the company recorded Rs. 4,104.05 crore as revenue from its PVC Pipes and Fittings segment, showing a decrease of 1.94% from Rs. 4,185.15 crore during FY24.
The company’s volume of sales from its PVC Pipes and Fittings business increased by 3% to 3,47,982 MT in FY25 from 3,36,577 MT in FY24.
