BHEL Wins Order from National Aluminium Company

Indian public sector engineering and manufacturing company Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL) has bagged an order worth Rs. 450 crore from National Aluminium Company (NALCO). BHEL has bagged this order under stiff competitive bidding.

The order is for fifth Stream Alumina Refinery Expansion Project at Damanjodi, Odisha.

As per the contract, scope of work includes design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 1 x 300 TPH coal fired boiler, 18.5 MW steam turbine generator and associated auxiliaries.
