Adani Enterprises Incorporates Adani Cement Industries Ltd.

Adani Enterprises Ltd (AEL), has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, Adani Cement Industries Limited (ACIL), to manufacture all types of cement on June 11, 2021.

Adani Cement Industries will carry on business as manufacturers, producers, processors of all types of cements. As mentioned in a filing to BSE, the subsidiary company is yet to commence its business operations.
