TARIL reported a consolidated revenue of Rs. 736.76 crore during Q3 of FY26, exhibiting an increase of 31.71% YoY from Rs. 559.36 crore in Q3 of FY25. Further, the company clocked a Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs. 75.97 crore for Q3 of FY26, which is up by 36.93% YoY from TARIL’s profit of Rs. 55.48 crore during Q3 of FY25.

The company’s Earnings Per Share (EPS) stood at Rs. 2.46 during Q3 FY26 against Rs. 1.84 during Q3 FY25.

QoQ Analysis of Transformers & Rectifiers’ Financial Numbers: Q3 FY26 vs. Q2 FY26

On Quarter-over-Quarter basis (QoQ), Transformers and Rectifiers’ revenue increased by 60.15% from Rs. 460.03 crore earned for Q2 FY26. The company’s PAT exhibited remarkable growth QoQ, with Q3 profit increasing to 2.03 times of the company’s Q2 PAT in FY26. TARIL’s Q2 FY26 PAT stood at Rs. 37.35 crore.

Strong Order Book and Notable HVDC Win in Q3 FY26

In its Q3 FY26 investor presentation, Transformers and Rectifiers (India) mentioned that the company recorded an order book of Rs. 5,450 crore and achieved an order inflow of Rs. 665 crore as of 31st December 2025.

TARIL also highlighted that during Q3 FY26, the company became the first Indian-origin company to secure a High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) transformer order, marking a significant milestone in its operational and technological capabilities.
