Waaree Forms Subsidiaries for Data Centre Operations

Waaree Green Data Centers Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Waaree Renewable Technologies, has incorporated Aurovault Data Centers Private Limited and Sunstar Data Centers Private Limited for its data centre business on 14th September 2026 and 11th September, respectively.

The newly formed companies will design and develop data centres in India and abroad. Both entities will own and lease the land required for these projects, and operate, maintain, and commercialise these centres. However, capital details of the companies have not been disclosed.

Aurovault and Sunstar will set up cloud infrastructure facilities and digital infrastructure parks to provide various services such as hosting, cloud connectivity, internet exchange, and network services. Other services include disaster recovery, business continuity, data storage, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence infrastructure, GPU hosting, and high-performance computing.
