DICABS Wins Rs. 263 Cr. Cables & Conductors Order for MSEDCL

Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited, also known as DICABS, has won an order for supply of cables and conductors to Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL). This order, valued at Rs. 263.25 crore, is for an urban power infrastructure project of Maharashtra DISCOM in the Bhandup region of the state.

The company has won this order from a domestic EPC contractor executing MSEDCL’s power infrastructure project.

This order includes manufacturing and supplying Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) underground power cables, overhead conductors, and control cables as per MSEDCL specifications. Cables and conductors will be manufactured at Diamond Power’s plant at Vadadala, Vadodara, Gujarat.

Delivery schedule for the products is yet to be finalised and will follow the approval of technical particulars and drawings by MSEDCL.
