Vayona Energy Signs 702 MW Wind Power Deal with TPREL

Vayona Energy Pvt. Ltd., a wind turbine original equipment manufacturer (OEM), recently shared that the company has signed an agreement with Tata Power Renewable Energy Ltd. (TPREL) for supplying wind turbines.

As per the agreement, Vayona Energy will supply wind turbines having a combined capacity of 702 MW. These 195 SG 3.6-145 turbines will be delivered across Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Tamil Nadu. However, monetary details of this agreement have not been disclosed.

Vayona Energy stated that with this 702 MW of wind turbine capacity, TPREL’s wind portfolio will be further strengthened.

Adding on this recent achievement, Mr. Pritesh Vinay, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Vayona Energy, said, “With more than 3.6 GW in orders and over 2 GW installed as of December 2025, our 3X platform continues to earn strong market confidence in its technology and proven performance in India.” Mr. Vinay also mentioned that the company is ramping up its production facilities in order to meet growing market demand.
