Consolidated revenue from operations of Universal Cables shot up by 13.99% on a Year-over-Year (YoY) basis, to Rs. 514.28 crore earned during Q2 of FY-23 from Rs. 451.16 crore reported for Q2 of FY-22.
Universal Cables’ consolidated Q2 PAT showed a staggering increase of 212.16% YoY, to Rs. 25.91 crore during FY-23 from Rs. 8.30 crore in the previous financial year.
QoQ Comparison of Financials Exhibit Minimal Change: Q2 FY-23 vs. Q1 FY-23
On a Quarter-over-Quarter (QoQ) basis, Universal Cables’ financial performance remained largely steady with a minimal change in numbers.
The company’s revenue from operations was up by a meagre 0.09%, from the Rs. 513.80 crore revenue earned during the first quarter of the ongoing fiscal.
PAT decreased slightly, dropping by a humble 3.21% from the company’s Q1 profit for the current year which stood at Rs. 26.77 crore.
