The India Cements Appoints Suresh Patil as CEO, Krishnagopal Ladsaria as CFO

The India Cements Ltd., a subsidiary of Ultratech Cement Ltd., has appointed new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the company.

Mr. Suresh Vasant Patil has been appointed as CEO of the company and Mr. Krishnagopal Ladsaria has been appointed as CFO of The India Cements.

The newly appointed CEO, Mr. Patil, completed his B.E in civil engineering in 1984 and Master of Business Administration in 1987 from Karnataka University. He started working as a Management Trainee in 1988 at Aditya Birla group. Mr. Patil has over 35 years of work experience.

Mr. Krishnagopal Ladsaria, the newly appointed CFO of The India Cements Ltd., has 30 years of experience in the finance sector. He holds a Chartered Accountant (CA) certification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, which he earned in 1993.

Mr. Ladasaria began his career in 1995 as Senior Manager at Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd. He was appointed as Deputy General Manager at Grasim Industries Ltd. in 1999. Mr. Ladasaria also served as Vice President (Finance) at Hindalco Industries Ltd. for a period of 13 years and two months, from 2003 to 2016. Prior to his appointment at India Cements, Mr. Ladasaria was working as CFO at Aditya Birla Group’s Century Enka Ltd.
