STL Completes Demerger of its Global Services Business

Sterlite Technologies Limited’s (STL) has completed the demerger of its Global Services Business. The services business will now be housed in a new company, namely STL Networks Limited, and will be provided under the brand name “Invenia”.

Earlier in February 2025, NCLT had approved the demerger of Sterlite Technologies Limited’s Global Services Business.

This demerger will enable STL and STL Networks to grow independently and focus on their respective customer segments. Sterlite Technologies’ Global services business (now STL Networks) deals with OFC network deployment and ‘end-to-end’ system integration.

STL Networks will offer services including fiber deployment, system integration, Fiber To The Home (FTTH) solutions, and fiber Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services, both in India and overseas.

Commenting on this demerger, Mr. Ankit Agarwal, Managing Director of STL, said “The completion of this demerger marks a pivotal moment in our strategic roadmap.
