SECI Floats Tender to Supply 1,260 MW Power from ISTS-Connected Projects
Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) has invited bids for the supply of 1,260 MW of power from Interstate Transmission System (ISTS) connected power projects and energy storage systems.
Out of the total aforementioned capacity, SECI will procure 1,250 MW of power and supply it to BSES Rajdhani Power, Delhi, and BSES Yamuna Power while the remaining 10 MW will be sold to Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT) Power company, Gujarat. Minimum bidding capacity under this tender for any bidder has been fixed at 50 MW while maximum bidding capacity is 630 MW. Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) will be signed within 60 days from the issue of Letter of Award (LoA) for a period of 25 years.
Last date to submit bids for this tender is 10th November 2023.
