Satyen Mamtora Takes Additional Charge as CEO of TARIL
Mr. Satyen J. Mamtora has taken additional charge as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited (TARIL). Prior to this appointment, Mr. Mamtora was serving as the Managing Director (MD) of TARIL, and he will now hold the combined designation of MD & CEO.
Mr. Mamtora’s assumption of additional charge as CEO follows the resignation of Mr. Mukul Srivastava, marking a significant leadership transition for the company. Mr. Mamtora has over three decades of experience in the transformer manufacturing and power equipment sector. He joined TARIL in 1997 as Director (Marketing) and has since played a key role in strengthening the company’s presence across domestic and international markets.
Mr. Mamtora holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Uxbridge College of Engineering, London, and has also completed General Management studies at Harvard University.
Recently, Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited announced its Q3 FY26 financial results, reporting a revenue of Rs. 736.76 crore, which reflects a Year-over-Year (YoY) growth of 31.71%. Additionally, the company’s Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at Rs. 75.97 crore, registering a healthy YoY increase of 36.93%.
