Rays Power Infra Pvt. ltd., a Rajasthan-headquartered engineering, procurement and construction company, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Rajasthan to build a solar park for generation of 500 MW electricity.
The company informed that agreement was finalised during the ongoing Dubai Expo (1 October 2021 to 31 March 2022).
Rays Power Infra currently has 1 GW of commissioned solar power portfolio. Also, apart from the proposed 500 MW in Rajasthan, the company is currently in the process of constructing additional 220 MW solar energy projects in India and 280 MW projects outside of India, which are likely to come online in the next nine months. Recently, the company has also installed large-scale solar projects in Vietnam and Bangladesh.
