Rajratan Global Wire reported a standalone revenue of Rs. 158.38 crore and a Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs. 10.62 crore during Q1 FY26.

On consolidated basis, the company earned a revenue of Rs. 246.51 crore during initial quarter of FY26 against Rs. 220.14 crore in Q1 of FY25. These numbers showed a remarkable Year-over-Year (YoY) growth of 11.98% in the company’s consolidated Q1 FY26 revenue.
Rajratan Global Wire quarterly PAT also decreased by 11.34% YoY to Rs. 13.52 crore during Q1 FY26 from Rs. 15.25 crore reported for Q1 FY25.
Earnings Per Share (EPS) of the company were Rs. 2.66 in Q1 FY26 as compared to Rs. 3 during Q1 FY25.

Quarterly Comparison of Rajratan Global Wire’ Financials: Q1 FY26 vs. Q4 FY25
On Quarter-over-Quarter (QoQ) basis, the company’s topline was down by 1.95% from Rs. 251.42 crore revenue clocked during Q4 of FY25. Rajratan’s PAT also slumped by 11.06% from Rs. 15.20 crore PAT during Q4 of FY25.
Rajratan Global Wire’s Manufacturing Footprint and Market Performance
The company operates three wire manufacturing plants that produce bead wire and high-carbon steel wire. These plants are located in Pithampur, Chennai, and Thailand. The Pithampur plant has a manufacturing capacity of 72,000 Tonne Per Annum (TPA), while the Chennai plant has a capacity of 30,000 TPA. The company’s Thailand plant has a manufacturing capacity of 60,000 TPA and is notably the only bead wire manufacturing facility in that country.
In its investor presentation, the company mentioned that the Indian market performed well because of higher demand for the company’s products from automobile sector. The Pithampur plant focused more on selling to customers in North India, while sales at the Chennai plant went up because they started from a low level last year.
Rajratan Global Wire entered into wire rope production in April 2025.
