On Year-over-Year (YoY) basis, the company’s consolidated revenue from operations increased by 20.26% to Rs. 428 crore during Q2 FY26 from Rs. 355.89 crore revenue reported for Q2 FY25. Profit After Tax (PAT) of the company slumped to Rs. 13.25 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs. 20.33 crore during Q2 FY25. This represents slight YoY decrease of 34.83% in the company’s profit.

Earnings Per Share (EPS) of the company stood at Rs. 0.43 during Q2 FY26 against Rs. 0.67 during Q2 FY25.

QoQ Analysis of Paramount Communications’ Financial Performance

On Quarter-over-Quarter (QoQ) basis, the company’s topline was slightly down by 5.13% from its Rs. 451.12 crore revenue clocked during Q1 of FY26. The company’s PAT in Q2 FY26 decreased significantly by 28.38% from Q1 FY26 PAT of Rs. 18.50 crore.

Wire and Cables: Paramount Communications reported a revenue of Rs. 427.57 crore from its Wire and Cables business in second quarter of FY26. This reflects a YoY increase of 21.43% from Rs. 352.10 crore, earned by the company from this vertical during Q2 of FY25.

Pipes: Paramount Communications’ Pipes segment quarterly revenue decreased by 14.19% YoY to Rs. 3.69 crore during Q2 of FY26 from Rs. 4.3 crore in Q2 of FY25.

In early November 2025, Paramount Communications decided to sell off its pipes vertical citing under-performance by the segment.

Paramount Communications’ Q2 FY26 Order Book and Revenue Breakup

Paramount Communications, in its earnings release for Q2 FY26, reported an order book of Rs. 536.7 crore as on 30th September 2025. The company further mentioned that 86.5% of this order book consisted of domestic orders, while the remaining 13.5% came from exports.

In addition to the order book details, the company also shared its Q2 FY26 revenue breakup. Power cables contributed the largest share at 44.7%, followed by export sales at 40.4%. The remaining 14.9% of revenue came from the sales of house wires, railway cables, telecom cables, pipes and others.
