Orient Electric Q3 FY26 Financials: Revenue Up 11%, PAT Down 4% YoY
Orient Electric Limited [NSE: ORIENTELEC, BOM: 541301], a major Indian Fast Moving Electric Goods (FMEG) manufacturer, has announced its financial results for Q3 FY26.

Topline Grows 11% YoY, PAT Down 4%: Q3 FY26 vs. Q3 FY25
Orient Electric reported a topline of Rs. 906.45 crore in Q3 FY26, registering a Year-on-Year (YoY) growth of 10.97% compared to Rs. 816.82 crore recorded in Q3 FY25. However, the company’s Profit After Tax (PAT) declined marginally to Rs. 25.98 crore during the quarter (Q3 FY26), down 4.38% YoY from Rs. 27.17 crore in the corresponding period last year (Q3 FY25).
Meanwhile, the company’s Earnings Per Share (EPS) stood at Rs. 1.22 in Q3 FY26, compared to Rs. 1.27 in Q3 FY25, reflecting a slight YoY decline of 3.94%.
Orient Electric Strong QoQ Growth: Q3 FY26 vs. Q2 FY26
On a Quarter-over-Quarter (QoQ) basis, Orient Electric’s revenue from operations surged by 29.01% in Q3 FY26, compared to Rs. 702.61 crore recorded in Q2 FY26. Additionally, the company’s Profit After Tax (PAT) rose sharply during the quarter, increasing 2.15 times from Rs. 12.06 crore in Q2 FY26.

Electrical Consumer Durables (ECD): In Q3 of FY26, this business segment brought in Rs. 646.72 crore to Orient Electric’s gross revenue, which is 12.60% higher YoY as compared to this vertical’s Rs. 574.33 crore revenue for Q3 FY25.
The company stated in its Q3 FY26 investor presentation that its Appliances segment delivered high double-digit revenue growth. New product developments in this segment include the Farata Oscillation Fan and the Instaflo 5.9L Instant Water Heater.
Lighting & Switchgear: Orient Electric’s Lighting and Switchgear business vertical exhibited a 7.11% YoY growth, with quarterly revenue from this segment reported as Rs. 259.73 crore for Q3 FY26 against Rs. 242.49 crore in Q3 FY25.
New Product Developments helped with single-digit volume growth in Consumer Lighting segment. Some of the new product launches include products such as Décor Wall Light and Razor Neo Street Light.
