Moglix Acquires Used Machinery Marketplace Vendaxo
Noida Headquartered B2B e-commerce startup Moglix has acquired Vendaxo, an online marketplace for used industrial machinery and equipment.
Ahemdabad based Vendaxo was started by Ms. Poonam Choudhary and Mr. Nirat Patel in 2017. Vendaxo has listed companies like ITC, Marico, Raymond, Arvind India, and Torrent Pharma as its customers.
With this acquisition Moglix is trying to cover B2B buying and selling of used and surplus machinery along with its core business of selling new equipment.
In a press release on 07th July 2021 Mr. Rahul Garg, Founder of Moglix, said “We are excited to welcome Vendaxo into the Moglix ecosystem. We started Moglix with the vision of providing doorstep access to high-quality, affordable industrial products. The integration of Vendaxo with our platform is aligned with our vision to bring the ease and speed of e-commerce to the manufacturing sector”.
