L&T’s Buildings & Factories Business Bags Order for Township in Bengaluru
The construction arm of Larsen & Toubro has secured an order for its Buildings & Factories business. The order is to construct one of the largest residential townships in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
The value of the order is ranging in between Rs. 1,000 to 2,500 Cr.
As per L&T’s press release dated 22nd December 2021, scope of work includes “design & construction of the entire civil structure including waterproofing, masonry, plastering and electrical conduiting.”
The project is scheduled to be completed in 42 months.
