KEI’s Q2 FY26 Financials: Revenue up 19%, PAT Jumps 31%

On Year-over-Year (YoY) basis, the company’s consolidated revenue from operations jumped by 19.38% to Rs. 2,726.35 crore during Q2 FY26 from Rs. 2,283.82 crore revenue reported for Q2 FY25. Profit After Tax (PAT) of the company increased to Rs. 203.51 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs. 154.81 crore during Q2 FY25. This represents YoY increase of 31.46% in the company’s profit.

Earnings Per Share (EPS) of the company stood at Rs. 21.30 during Q2 FY26 against Rs. 17.16 during Q2 FY25.
Quaterly Comparison of KEI Industries Financial Results: Q2 FY26 vs. Q1 FY26
On Quarter-over-Quarter (QoQ) basis, the company’s topline was up by 5.25% from its Rs. 2,590.32 crore revenue clocked during Q1 of FY26. Following the same upward trend, KEI’s PAT increased by 3.96% QoQ from Rs. 195.75 crore during Q1 of FY26.
Analysis of KEI Industries’ Segment-Wise Revenue

Cables & Wires: This segment of the company clocked in a revenue of Rs. 2,625.61 crore during Q2 FY26 against Rs. 2,143.99 crore during Q2 FY25, representing a substantial YoY increase of 22.46%.
In its investor presentation, the company reported that KEI Industries earned Rs. 581 crore from domestic B2B sales during Q2 of FY26 compared to Rs. 615 crore in Q2 of FY25, thereby exhibiting a YoY decrease of 5.53%. Out of the total B2B cable sales, Extra High Voltage (EHV) cables accounted for Rs. 128 crore in Q2 of FY26, up from Rs. 73 crore in Q2 of FY25.

Stainless Steel (SS) Wire: KEI Industries reported a revenue of Rs. 53.88 crore from its Stainless Steel Wire business in Q2 of FY26. This reflects a YoY decrease of 10.56% from this vertical’s Rs. 60.24 crore revenue logged during Q2 of FY25.
The company mentioned in its investor presentation, the company generated Rs. 25 crore from export of SS Wire during Q2 of FY26 against Rs. 52 crore in Q2 FY25.

EPC Projects: The company earned Rs. 101.35 crore from its EPC Projects business vertical during Q2 FY26 against Rs. 130.87 crore during Q2 FY25. This showed a YoY slump of 22.56% in the company’s revenue from its EPC Projects business.
LT Cable Sales Contribute the Most to KEI’s Revenue
Mentioning its product category-wise revenue breakup, the company mentioned that during Q2 FY26 KEI Industries generated Rs. 1,187 crore through the sales Low Tension (LT) cables. Sales of House Wires (HW)/Winding Wires (WW) accounted for Rs. 927 crore during Q2 of FY26. Further, sales of High Tension (HT) cables contributed Rs. 323 crore. The remaining revenue was generated through sale of Extra High Voltage (EHV) cables, SS wires, and execution of EPC projects.
