KEI Industries FY26 Results: Revenue Up 20.66%, PAT Jumps 31.88%

KEI Industries Limited [NSE: KEI, BOM: 517569], an Indian wires and cables company, has recently announced its financial results for Q4 FY26 and entire FY26.

KEI Industries’ Standalone Financial Results: Q4 FY26 and FY26

KEI Industries reported a standalone revenue of Rs. 3,476.40 crore and a corresponding Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs. 28.43 crore during Q4 FY26.

During the entire FY26, the company earned a standalone revenue of Rs. 11,747.77 crore and a PAT of Rs. 91.84 crore.

As per KEI Industries’ consolidated financial report, revenue from operations in Q4 FY26 grew by 19.27% Year-over-Year (YoY) to Rs. 3,476.40 crore against Q4 FY25’s revenue of Rs. 2,914.79 crore. Meanwhile, PAT for Q4 FY26 grew by 25.50% to Rs. 284.31 crore from Q4 FY25’s PAT of Rs. 226.55 crore.

Taking entire FY26 into account, KEI earned a revenue of Rs. 11,747.77 crore, a 20.66% increase compared to previous years’s revenue of Rs. 9,735.88 crore. Moreover, FY26’s PAT of Rs. 918.43 crore highlighted an increase of 31.88% from FY25’s PAT of Rs. 696.41 crore.

Company’s Earning Per Share (EPS) in Q4 FY26 stood at Rs. 29.74, and for the entire financial year at Rs. 96.09.

QoQ Comparison of KEI’s Financial Numbers: Q4 FY26 vs. Q3 FY26

Quarter-over-Quarter (QoQ) analysis of KEI’s consolidated financials showed a growth of 17.66% against Q3 FY26’s revenue of Rs. 2,954.70 crore. As for PAT, the company grew by 21.06% QoQ from Q3 FY26’s PAT of Rs. 234.86 crore

Cables & Wires: KEI’s Cables and Wires business vertical brought in majority of the company’s revenue, having contributed Rs. 3,297.03 crore in Q4 FY26, i.e. 92.19% of the total revenue. When compared to Q4 FY25’s revenue of Rs. 2,796.77 crore, we can observe a growth of 17.89% YoY.

Also, the Cables & Wire segment was the major contributor in the entire FY26, with a revenue of Rs. 11,220.57 crore, contributing 93.52% of the total revenue. YoY comparison with FY25’s revenue of Rs. 9,176.97 crore showed a growth of 22.27%.

Stainless Steel Wire: Stainless Steel Wire segment earned a revenue of Rs. 56.06 crore in Q4 FY26, i.e., an increase of 21.45% YoYagainst Q4 FY25’s revenue of Rs. 46.16 crore.

During entire FY26, Stainless steel wire segment brought in a total revenue of Rs. 216.51 crore, a steady growth of 0.43% YoY from FY25’s revenue of Rs. 215.93 crore.

EPC Projects: In contrast to the above two segments, KEI’s EPC projects business vertical went down in both quarters and annual revenue from their corresponding previous years.

EPC projects brought in a revenue of Rs. 223.27 crore in Q4 FY26, a decrease of 0.06% YoY from Q4 FY25’s revenue of Rs. 223.40 crore.

Comparing EPC projects entire FY26’s revenue of Rs. 561.44 crore with FY25’s revenue of Rs. 656.24 crore, we can observe a drop in revenue of 14.45% YoY.

During Q4 FY26 earnings calls, Mr. Rajeev Gupta, Executive Director, Finance and Chief Financial Officer (CEO), KEI, commented that the company has intended and guided the EPC business over the last 3 to 4 years to only contribute about 2% to 3% of the revenue. He cited the long turnaround time and large working capital in EPC business as the reason behind this strategy to scale down the segment.

Adding to Mr. Rajeev Gupta’s comment,Mr. Anil Gupta, Chairman cum Managing Director (MD), KEI, said, It (EPC) is mostly a supporting business to support our extra high-voltage cable project where the cable value is more than 80%.”
