KEC Wins Rs. 2,518 Cr. Orders Across Multiple Businesses

KEC International Ltd. has recently won new orders which are collectively worth Rs. 2,518 crore. The said orders have been secured across the company’s civil, transportation, Transmission & Distribution (T&D), and cables & conductors businesses.

Among these orders, KEC’s civil business segment secured its largest-ever Commercial Real Estate order from a ‘leading real estate developer’ in Western India. Whereas, company’s transportation business won an order in Joint Venture (JV) for Train Collision Avoidance System (TCAS), also known as Kavach in India.

Speaking of KEC’s T&D business, this segment won multiple overseas orders. One of these orders is for a 400/132/66 KV Transmission lines project in Africa. Further, orders have been secured for the supply of towers in Europe. The company will also supply towers, hardware, and poles in the Americas. Moreover, additional orders for transmission lines and substations have been secured in international markets.

The company’s cables & conductors segment has won orders pertaining to the supply of various types of cables and conductors in both overseas and domestic markets.
