KEC Receives T&D Orders Worth Rs. 1,704 Cr. from PGCIL
KEC International Ltd. has secured orders collectively worth Rs. 1,704 crore in its Transmission & Distribution (T&D) business. The company has secured these orders from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL).

As per these orders, KEC International will be responsible for laying 765 KV transmission lines and designing, supplying, and installing of Gas-Insulated Substations (GIS). However, KEC has not specified any further details of these orders.
Commenting on these order wins, Mr. Vimal Kejriwal, MD & CEO of KEC International Ltd. said “These 765 kV orders from PGCIL have further strengthened our India T&D order book, reaffirming our confidence in the continued strong growth of this business”. Mr. Kejriwal also said that the company’s Year-to-Date (YTD) order inflow stood at Rs. 16,300 crore.
KEC International mentioned in its investor presentation for Q2 of FY-25 that the company reported a T&D order book of Rs. 26,000 crore across India, Middle East, SAARC, Africa, Americas, East Asia Pacific, Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and Australia through its T&D business.
For Q2 of FY25, the company reported a consolidated revenue of Rs. 5,113.31 crore, with Rs. 2,831 crore generated from its T&D business.
