Gujarat Industries Power Company Floats Solar Modules Tender for 600 MW Solar Project

Gujarat Industries Power Company Ltd. (GIPCL) has invited bids for procuring 750 MW of bifacial solar modules for its upcoming 600 MW solar project at Khavda, Gujarat.

As per the bid invitation, the selected bidder will supply, manufacture, test, and transport the solar modules for GIPCL solar project. The minimum capacity of solar modules to be supplied shall be 540 Watt and maximum capacity will be 580 Watt. The solar modules are expected to be delivered within 12 months from the date of receiving the Letter of Intent (LoI).

Last date to submit bids for this tender is 25th October 2023. GIPCL awarded the contract to develop this 600 MW solar project to Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Ltd. in August 2023.
