ElectriExpo 2024 Concludes in Hyderabad, Records Over 15,000 Visitors
Fifth edition of ElectriExpo was held from 29th August to 31st August 2024 at Hyderabad International Trade Expositions (HITEX) Exhibition Center, Hitex, Hyderabad. The event was organised by Secunderabad Electric Traders Association (SETA) with Polycab India Ltd. as the title sponsor.
Participation of 160 Exhibitors, Footfall Crosses 15,000
ElectriExpo 2024 saw the participation of 160 exhibitors which, among others, included companies involved in cable and wire, switchgear, lighting & LED, Fast Moving Electrical Goods (FMEG), and solar equipment manufacturing. The event hosted over 15,000 attendees. Further, the event was dubbed as ‘South India’s largest electric expo’.
FMEG, Cable Manufacturers Exhibit their Product Offerings at ElectriExpo 5th Edition
Polycab Showcases its Diverse Portfolio at ElectriExpo 2024
Polycab India showcased its wide range of offering at the 5th edition of ElectriExpo. Some of these products were fans, including Brush-Less Direct Contact (BLDC) fans, and other FMEG offerings, and LED lighting products. Apart from this, Polycab’s stall at ElectriExpo 2024 showcased its existing range of cables, including the company’s fire survival cable, branded as IGNIS. Polycab also displayed its Direct Current MCBs for use in solar power installations.
Apart from this, the company also offered a Virtual Reality (VR) tour of its manufacturing facilities to visitors at the event.
Asian Cables Engages with Key Potential Customers at ElectriExpo
Asian Cables’ (earlier named RPG Cables) mentioned that the company had received a warm response from potential clients and event visitors. “We had the opportunity to engage with a fantastic lineup of customers, including IIL, Amara Raja, Shri Indu, Arvenis, Aurobindo Pharma, Siris Engineering, Vishwanath Projects and many others.The discussions around our cable offerings and solutions were both insightful and promising”. Apart from this, the company also networked with industry giants such as “…ITC, L&T Constructions, Tata Projects, Mahati Infra, ABS Fujitsu and VK Buildings” at ElectriExpo 2024.

Torrent Electricals Displays its Range of Cables
Ahmedabad-based Torrent Electricals Pvt. Ltd. (earlier known as TCL Cables Pvt. Ltd.) showcased its range of power cables, control cables, flexible cables and instrumentation cables at ElectriExpo 2024.
In power cables, the company displayed its offerings in the EHV, HV and LV categories.

CAPE Electric Displays Surge Protection Devices other Products at ElectriExpo 2024
CAPE Electric Pvt. Ltd. exhibited its range of surge protectors and shock proof IP rated boxes and panels. The company produces Surge Protection Devices (SPD) power lines, including bus bar mounted SPD, type 1 and type 2 SPD. In addition to this, CAPE Electric also manufactures SPD for data lines. Other products exhibited by the company in ElectriExpo2024 were non-metallic IP rated boxes and panels. In this category of products, CAPE manufactures junction boxes, MCB distribution boards, intrinsic fire resistant boxes, and Glass-fibre Reinforced Polyester (GRP) enclosures.
ELMEASURE Exhibits Energy Monitoring and Management Equipment at ElectriExpo
ELMEASURE India Pvt. Ltd. participated in the ElectriExpo 2024 exhibition and showcased its products which included multi-functional energy meters, protection and control equipment, and power quality monitors. ELMEASURE’s protection and control equipment product range comprises demand controllers, power factor controllers, load disconnectors, and Earth Leakage Relays (ELRs). Apart from this, the company also displayed its LV switchgear offerings, which included Moulded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCBs), Air Circuit Breakers (ACBs), EL-Guard (used in conjunction with MCCBs to provide under and over-voltage protection, and enabling remote monitoring and control), and contactors.
ElectriExpo 2024 8x Bigger than Previous Edition
ElectriExpo 2024 was 8 times bigger than the last edition of the event, which was held in 2022. In 2024, ElectriExpo was spread over 80,000 sq.ft, and had 160 exhibitors, significantly higher than 2022 when the event was spread over 10,000 sq. ft with about 75 exhibitors. Further, footfall at the 5th edition of ElectriExpo was about 3 times the number of visitors at ElectriExpo 2022, which was about 5,000.
