DMRC Launches Driverless Train Operations on Pink Line
On 25th November 2021, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited (DMRC) flagged-off Driver-less train operations on 59 Km Pink Line of Delhi Metro.
Union Minister for Housing & Urban Affairs, Hardeep Singh Puri and Delhi Transport Minister, Kailash Gahlot jointly flagged off the driver-less train operations.
This addition brings Delhi Metro on fourth position globally, after Singapore, Shanghai and Kuala Lumpur under driver-less operations.
Now close to 97 Km stretches of DMRC network are under driver less train operations.
