Ceigall & H.G Infra Secure 1,847 Cr. Contracts for Varanasi-Kolkata Expressway Packages
Ceigall India Limited and H.G Infra Engineering Limited (HGIEL) have been declared as the lowest bidders for Varanasi-Ranchi-Kolkata expressway’s packages 12 and 13. The estimated cost of development of these packages collectively is Rs. 1,847 crore. Package 12 will be developed by Ceigall at an estimated cost of Rs. 1,071.99 crore and Package 13 will be developed by H.G Infra at an approximate cost of Rs. 775.01 crore.
Scope of work in package 12 involves the construction of a 33 Km stretch of highway from NH20 in Bongabar village to NH320 in Lepo village.
Package 13 of this project involves the construction of a 28.7 Km span of highway from NH320 in Lepo village to Kamlapur village near the Jharkhand-West Bengal border.
This project will be executed under Bharatmala Pariyojana (BMP) program.
