Adani Transmission Renamed Adani Energy Solutions

Adani Transmission Limited, Power Transmission & Distribution arm of Adani Group, has been renamed to Adani Energy Solutions Limited with effect from 27th July 2023.

The company is currently operating across 14 states in India and has a total transmission network of 19,779 Circuit Kilometer (CKm). Out of the total network, 15,371 CKm are operational while the rest is under implementation.

Adani Transmission was incorporated in December 2013 and it reported a turnover of Rs. 12,537.07 crore in FY-23.
