Orient Electric Launches Nixa Shield 6KA MCB
Orient Electric Limited has launched Nixa Shield 6KA Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB) range, expanding its switchgear portfolio.
Salient Features of Nixa Shield 6KA MCB Range
The Nixa Shield 6KA MCB range is available across rated current capacities from 6A to 63A, for both B and C curve tripping characteristics, optimized for operating at a voltage rating of 240/415V AC.
The product is designed to simplify installation through features including 35 sq. mm of dual terminals that support busbar and cable connectors from either side. Further, a 13-plate arc chute is incorporated in this MCB’s design to optimize current path while reducing power loss. Also, this product has a two-position DIN rail clip that helps facilitate quick and secure mounting, alongside load reversibility, which allows connection of incoming supply and outgoing loads from either top or bottom terminal side.
The new Nixa Shield MCB range is compliant with IS/IEC 60898-1 standard and holds CE and ISI certifications. Further, this product is backed by a 5-year warranty from Orient Electric.
