TARIL Wins Orders Worth Rs. 403 Cr. for Transformers and Reactors

Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited (TARIL) has secured orders collectively valued at Rs. 403.26 crore for the manufacturing and supply of transformers and reactors. The company received these orders from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited (GETCO) and Bhanwariya Infra Projects Private Limited. TARIL shared this information through its stock exchange filings.

Scope of work under the order received from GETCO includes the manufacturing and supply of 6 transformers and 2 reactors to Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation. In addition to supplying the equipment, TARIL will also execute the associated works related to these systems. The company expects to complete the supply of these systems to GETCO on or before August 2028.

Further, the order received from Bhanwariya Infra Projects includes the manufacturing and supply of 4 transformers and 5 reactors. These systems are expected to be delivered on or before March 2028.

Also, TARIL announced its expansion plans during its FY26 earnings call to increase its transformer manufacturing capacity to 75,000 MegaVolt Ampere (MVA). Additionally, the company reported a revenue of Rs. 2,508.80 crore and a profit of Rs. 272.17 crore during FY26.
