RR Kabel Clocks FY26 Revenue Up 27.62%; PAT Gains 58%

RR Kabel Ltd. [BSE: 543981, NSE: RRKABEL], an Indian manufacturer of wires & cables, and Fast-Moving Electrical Goods (FMEG), recently announced its financial results for Q4 FY26 and the entire financial year.

The company mentioned that these are the highest-ever reported quarterly and annual revenues, achieved through robust domestic and export demand despite the current global turmoil.

RR Kabel’s Standalone Financial Results: Q4 FY26 and FY26

As per RR Kabel’s standalone financial report, the company clocked a revenue of Rs. 2,964.14 crore in Q4 FY26 and a Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs. 166.07 crore.

Whereas, for the entire FY26, RR Kabel’s standalone revenue stood at Rs. 9,722.36 crore with a PAT of Rs. 486.90 crore.

YoY Comparison of Consolidated Financials; Q4 FY26 vs. Q4 FY25 and FY26 vs. FY25

In Q4 FY26, RR Kabels’ consolidated revenue reached Rs. 2,964.14 crore, a strong Year-over-Year (YoY) quarterly growth of 33.65% compared to Q4 FY25’s revenue of Rs. 2,217.84 crore. As for consolidated PAT, Q4 FY26’s PAT grew by 30.06% YoY to Rs. 167.95 crore from Rs. 129.13 crore reported in Q4 FY25.

RR Kabel has generated revenue of Rs. 9,722.36 crore during the entire FY26, highlighting a 27.62% YoY increase in revenue compared to FY25’s revenue of Rs. 7,618.23 crore. Also, PAT soared by 57.96% to Rs. 492.22 crore in FY26 from FY25’s PAT of Rs. 311.61 crore.

Meanwhile, the company’s Earning Per Share (EPS) in Q4 of FY26 stood at Rs. 14.85 and for the entire fiscal year 2025-26 it was reported as Rs. 43.53.

QoQ Comparison of RR Kabel’s Financial Numbers: Q4 FY26 vs. Q3 FY26

Quarter-over-quarter (QoQ) analysis of RR Kabel’s consolidated financials showed a growth of 16.89% in Q4 FY26 against Q3 FY26’s revenue of Rs. 2,535.86 crore. Q4 FY26’s PAT rose by 42.03% compared to Q3 FY26’s PAT of Rs. 118.25 crore.

RR Kabel’s Segment-Wise Performance Analysis: Q4 FY26 vs. Q4 FY25 and FY26 Vs. FY25

Wires & Cables Business Vertical: Speaking of the company’s Wire and Cable business segment, revenue from this segment constituted 89.96% to the total revenue earned in Q4 FY26 from operations. A revenue of Rs. 2,666.45 crore was generated in Q4 FY26, which is a 36.31% rise YoY from its corresponding quarter’s revenue of Rs. 1,956.22 crore in FY25.

Taking the entire fiscal year 2025-26 into consideration, the segment brought in majority of the company’s business with a revenue of Rs. 8,763.74 crore, i.e., 90.14% of the entire revenue from operations. Also, compared to FY25’s revenue of Rs. 6,688.76 crore, a YoY growth of 31.02% can be observed.

Commenting on Wire and Cable Segment’s performance, Mr. Mahendrakumar Kabra, Managing Director (MD) of RR Kabel, said, “Wires & Cables business remained the key growth driver, delivering strong growth across domestic and export markets with healthy profitability despite volatility and challenges due to recent global conflicts.”

Fast-Moving Electrical Goods Business Vertical: RR Kabel’s Fast-Moving Electrical Goods (FMEG) business vertical garnered a revenue of Rs. 297.70 crore in Q4 FY26. FMEG Segment’s YoY performance saw a 13.78% increase from Q4 FY25’s revenue of Rs. 261.64 crore.

The company stated that this growth was achieved through stable demand across key categories and continued distribution expansion.

During the entire FY26, company’s FMEG segment earned a revenue of Rs. 958.62 crore, a steady growth of 3.12% YoY from the previous fiscal year’s revenue of Rs. 929.59 crore.

Speaking on the segment’s performance, Mr. Mahendrakumar Kabra said, “FMEG segment delivered steady progress with stable demand across categories and continued portfolio expansion.”
