Diamond Power Wins Rs. 163 Cr. Cable Orders from Adani Group

Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited (DICABS), an Indian manufacturer of cables and conductors, has secured three orders from Adani Group companies for the supply of cables. The combined value of these orders stands at Rs. 163.67 crore.

Diamond Power’s Orders from Adani Group Companies

Supplying Cables to Adani Green and Adani Electricity Mumbai

One of the orders has been received from Adani Green Energy Limited, the renewable energy arm of the Adani Group. Under this contract, Diamond Power will supply cables worth Rs. 19.57 crore. This order is expected to be executed within 15 days from the issuance of the Letter of Intent (LoI).

The second order comes from Adani Electricity Mumbai Limited and involves the supply of High-Tension cables in various sizes. This order is valued at Rs. 100.54 crore. The company is scheduled to complete the supply between April 2026 and February 2027.

DICABS Order from Adani Power, Scope Expands Beyond Supply

In addition to the above-mentioned cable supply orders, Diamond Power has also secured an order worth Rs. 43.26 crore from Adani Power Limited. This contract goes beyond mere supply, covering the design, engineering, manufacturing, testing, and delivery of a wide range of power and control cables. These cables, in multiple sizes, will be deployed at the Raipur Phase-II thermal power project in Chhattisgarh. The execution deadline for this order is 31st July 2026.

Diamond Power’s Recent Order Wins and Financial Performance

Apart from these Adani Group orders, Diamond Power has recently secured several other contracts. In February 2026, the company won an order worth Rs. 93 crore from KPI Green Energy Limited for cable supply. This was followed by a Letter of Intent (LoI) in March 2026 from Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited for the supply of conductors, valued at Rs. 31.51 crore. Earlier this month, the company also secured an order from Gujarat Energy Transmission Company (GETCO) Limited for the supply of Extra High Voltage (EHV) cables.

Diamond Power’s Q4 FY26 financial results are expected to be announced soon. In Q3 FY26, the company reported revenue of Rs. 474.08 crore and a Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs. 49.72 crore.
