Bonton Cables India to Commission New Cable Manufacturing Facility in Salarpur

Bonton Cables India Private Limited is developing a new cable manufacturing facility in Salarpur, Rajasthan. This information was shared by Mr. Vivek Yadav, Chief Executive Officer of Bonton Cables, during an interview. The company appointed Mr. Yadav as its CEO in January 2026.

Bonton Cables’ upcoming manufacturing plant in Salarpur will be its third cable manufacturing facility in Rajasthan. These other facilities are located in Bhiwadi (Industrial Area Phase 1) and Kaharani Industrial Area.

The Salarpur plant will have a capacity to manufacture 18,000 Kms of cable per month. The company is expected to begin commercial production at this facility at the beginning of FY27. The new cable plant is expected to offer higher levels of automation and process optimization for greater productivity in cable manufacturing. This facility is expected to have three times the company’s existing installed capacity.

Each of the Bhiwadi and Kaharani units has an installed production capacity of approximately 90 Kms per shift, with current utilisation levels of around 80%. The facilities manufacture a wide range of products, including building wires, power and heavy-duty cables, fire survival and fire-safe cables, control and instrumentation cables, multicore cables, telecom cables, LAN cables, coaxial cables, solar cables, and other specialised cable products.
