On Year-over-Year (YoY) basis, the company’s consolidated revenue from operations jumped by 12.19% to Rs. 6,001.35 crore during Q3 FY26 from Rs. 5,349.38 crore revenue reported for Q3 FY25. On the other hand, Profit After Tax (PAT) of the company decreased to Rs. 127.46 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs. 129.56 crore during Q3 FY25. This represents slight YoY decrease of 1.62% in the company’s profit.

Earnings Per Share (EPS) of the company stood at Rs. 4.79 during Q3 FY26 against Rs. 4.87 during Q3 FY25, representing a YoY decrease of 1.64%.

On Quarter-over-Quarter (QoQ) basis, the company’s topline was marginally down by 1.48% from its Rs. 6,091.56 crore revenue clocked during Q2 of FY26. KEC’s PAT saw a massive decrease of 20.71% QoQ as compared to Rs. 160.75 crore PAT reported during Q2 FY25.

Transmission & Distribution: During Q3 of FY26, the company reported Rs. 4,161 crore as revenue from its Transmission & Distribution (T&D) segment against Rs. 3,175 crore earned during Q3 of FY25. This shows a jump of 31% YoY.

In the T&D segment, the company reported order intake exceeding Rs. 13,500 crore across India, the Middle East, CIS, and the Americas. Additionally, KEC secured its largest-ever T&D order, valued at Rs. 1,050 crore, from a reputed private client in India.

Civil: KEC’s Civil vertical brought in a segmental revenue of Rs. 923 crore during Q3 FY26, which is YoY 16% lower than the company’s Q3 FY25 Civil revenue of Rs. 1,102 crore.

In its investor presentation, KEC stated that the year-to-date (YTD) order inflow in its civil segment stood at over Rs. 4,000 crore.

Cables & Conductors: The company reported a revenue of Rs. 556 crore from its Cables & Conductors segment in Q3 FY26. This reflects a YoY increase of 37% from Rs. 406 crore, earned by the company from this vertical during Q3 of FY25.

Transportation: In Q3 of FY26, KEC’s revenue from this segment amounted to Rs. 349 crore, which is 23% lower YoY. In Q3 of FY25, the company’s transportation segment revenue stood at Rs. 456 crore.

Renewables: In Q3 of FY26, Renewables brought in Rs. 122 crore of segmental revenue, against Rs. 238 crore in Q3 of FY25. Therefore, there has been a YoY dip by 49% in the company’s Q3 Renewables revenue.

It is interesting to note that KEC International has forayed into the wind energy segment with an order for a 100 MW wind power project.

Oil & Gas Pipelines: KEC’s Oil & Gas Pipelines vertical brought in a segmental revenue of Rs. 77 crore during Q3 FY26, which is YoY only 2% higher than the company’s Q3 FY25 Oil & Gas Pipelines revenue of Rs. 76 crore.

KEC Highlights Q3 FY26 Performance and Order Book Growth

Commenting on the company’s Q3 FY26 financial performance, Mr. Vimal Kejriwal, Managing Director & CEO of KEC, said, “We are pleased with the growth in revenues and operating profitability for the quarter. This growth is supported by strong performances in our T&D and Cables & Conductors businesses”.

According to the company’s latest investor presentation, KEC’s year-to-date (YTD) order book stood at Rs. 36,725 crore. Of the total order book, 64% has been secured by the T&D business, 26% by the civil business segment, and the remaining 10% by the Transportation, Cables & Conductors, and other business verticals.

In terms of geography, 55% of the orders are from India, while the remaining 45% have been secured from international markets.
